UK Vote to Leave EU
Last week saw the British public vote to leave the EU and we have seen some of the uncertainty the news has created across the financial markets. We believe, nothing will change in the UK’s trading relationship with EU for at least 2 years and this clock does not start ticking until the government implements Article 50.
During the next few months, we are going to see turbulence in the markets. We have all been through before, during the recent recession and although uncomfortable, as a country, we will emerge from the other side into a new environment, with new opportunities.
As trusted advisors, we will endeavour to bring you relevant news on any changes and help you understand the potential impacts/opportunities that may become evident. If at any time you wish to discuss any aspects of your own personal position, please call and we will be happy to provide guidance and if required, introductions to relevant partners.
Supporting each other during this time, we believe, is the best way for us all to manage this path to change. Thank you for your time and we will bring further news, as it becomes available.
